What is CLT technology?

Cross-Laminated Timber

This technology combines the warmth of natural wood with technical precision, creating strong, energy-efficient and visually appealing buildings.
In our village, the supporting structures of the houses are built right here in Latvia.

The main advantages of CLT:

Sustainability and ecology

Wood is a renewable resource, and CLT construction significantly reduces the CO₂ footprint.

Strength and durability

Cross-laminated gluing provides the panels with excellent load-bearing capacity and shape stability, even under high loads.

Fast construction

The panels prepared in the factory are assembled on site like large “puzzle” pieces, significantly reducing the construction time.

Energy efficiency

CLT walls provide excellent thermal insulation, which helps to save on heating and cooling costs.

Natural microclimate

Wooden surfaces create a pleasant and healthy environment in the house.

Aesthetics and design freedom

CLT panels can be left visible in the interior or adapted to any design wishes.

Made in Latvia

Panels made in our own factory ensure quality and supports the local economy.

CLT panels are made by cross-gluing several layers of wood

This special structure gives the panels excellent strength and stability.

Technical process: During production, the boards are carefully dried to an optimal moisture content. They are then assembled and glued in multiple layers with the grain direction crossed, ensuring excellent stability. The result is large panels with precise dimensions, which are further processed in the factory by milling out the window, door, and utility openings—ensuring fast and precise assembly on the construction site.
