Functional 3-bedroom layout with an indoor area of 126 m²: open living room with a kitchen and access to the terrace, master bedroom with a private bathroom and a wardrobe, two more separate bedrooms, a second full bathroom, utility room and kitchen utility room. Outside there is a carport for two cars and a lockable storage room.

Technical specifications
The building is made from durable CLT panels, ensuring stability and longevity.
The facade is made of burned spruce boards, which gives the house a unique character and durability.
Comfort is provided by an air-to-water heat pump with an underfloor heating, as well as recuperation and cooling systems, which guarantees class A energy efficiency.
Polished concrete floors in the living room and kitchen, parquet or vinyl in the bedrooms and stone tiles in the bathrooms.
